When will my order ship?
We stock a huge inventory of bowling products. Most orders are usually processed, packed, and shipped within 1-4 business days. The amount of time it takes for your order to arrive once it has been shipped depends on which shipping option you choose.

What about sales tax charges?
Sales tax is charged to New York State Residents only.

How does FREE SHIPPING work? offers FREE GROUND SHIPPING on qualifying products shipped within the continental USA! The only products that do not qualify are single packs of finger inserts and thumb slugs.

What is's Return & Exchange policy?
1.) All products returned for a refund are subject to a Restocking fee as follows:

  • Bowling shoes $9.00
  • Roller bowling bags $15.00 - $30.00 (depending on shipping costs)
  • Non roller bowling bags $8.00
  • Gloves and accessories $ 5.00

2.) All items sent back for an exchange will be charged the actual shipping cost upon return (No Service Fee). Once we receive your return or exchange, we will issue an invoice via email for all return and exchange fees, payable by credit card or PayPal.

3.) Returns and refunds are valid for 45 days from purchase.

4.) Copy or include the invoice and ship it with the return.

5.) Include complete instructions in the box.

6.) Include daytime phone number.

7.) Do not tape shoe box and use as a shipping box. (It destroys the shoe box and will make your return unacceptable.)

8.) Use original shipping box if possible.

9.) Bowling shoes that have been bowled with are NOT eligible for return.
